Katya L. Norris advises employers on a broad range of employment law matters and also practices Indian and Tribal Law, where she provides counsel to Indian tribes and tribally owned enterprises. Her practice reflects a thoughtful, strategic approach to complex employment matters across both employers and tribal sectors.

Candace D. French brings more than two decades of experience working with tribal communities and is a trusted advisor in the firm’s Indian and Tribal Practice Group. Her work focuses on advancing tribal sovereignty, supporting economic development, and protecting natural resources throughout Indian Country.

Lauren M. Reynolds focuses her practice on complex commercial, business, and real estate litigation. She represents individual and corporate clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation negotiations, state and federal court lawsuits, arbitration, administrative proceedings, mediation, and post-judgment relief efforts.
