The Freedom To Practice Law
Sacks Tierney's tradition of delegated management and decision-making frees our attorneys to focus their time and energy on serving clients, instead of on unprofitable administrative chores. Day-to-day decisions are made through frequent and effective communication between our managing shareholder and executive director. Intermediate and long-term planning is performed by our executive committee and implemented by administrative staff under the direction of the executive director.
The Support You Need
The leadership, commitment and stability of Sacks Tierney's administrative and legal support staff are at the core of our success. Administrative and financial leadership is provided by our executive director, a Certified Legal Manager who has been in his position since 2001. Human resources, recruiting and technology management functions are handled by full-time professionals in those areas.
