22 Sacks Tierney Attorneys Earn Best Lawyers Recognition
2022 selections include three “Lawyer of the Year” and three “Ones to Watch” honorees.
The 2022 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® lists 22 Sacks Tierney attorneys – more than half of the firm.
The firm’s selections include three Lawyer of the Year (Scottsdale) selections: Phoebe Moffatt (Trust and Estate Litigation), Sharon Shively (Arbitration) and David Tierney (Mediation).
Lawyer of the Year recognition is awarded to attorneys with the highest peer-feedback for a practice area within a geographic area. The Lawyer of the Year selections were the second for Phoebe Moffatt, the third for Sharon Shively, and the fifth for David Tierney.
Ones to Watch. Three of our younger attorneys were selected for the “Ones to Watch” category: Lauren Reynolds (Construction Law), Candace French (Government Relations and Municipal Law) and Michael Harris (Real Estate Litigation and Commercial Litigation).
