Katya practices in Indian and tribal relations, representing and advising tribes, tribal enterprises, and companies operating on Indian reservations. Katya also practices in employment and labor law, including employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; wage and hour compliance; and restrictive covenants. In addition, Katya practices general business litigation and advises on education law matters.
