Michael L. Kitchen, Jr.

Michael Kitchen’s practice focuses on business litigation, including partnership disputes, real estate matters, business torts, and employment contracts, as well as estate and trust litigation.

Michael strives to provide the highest quality and personalized service possible, with a highly results-focused approach to litigation. He has obtained excellent results in numerous matters, including full trials as well as appeals.

A third-generation Arizona native, Michael attended Scottsdale Saguaro High School (go Sabercats!), where he met his future wife. Except for a seven-year foray attending college and law school in Tucson, Michael has spent his life in the Phoenix area. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife and their five children and enjoys hiking, rock climbing, history, politics, and appreciating the beautiful outdoors of Arizona.
