In addition to his litigation practice, Josh regularly advises businesses on operational, employment, and risk-management issues. He works closely with companies, business owners, and institutional clients to develop strategies that align legal objectives with business realities, emphasizing responsiveness, efficiency, and practical solutions.
Before entering private practice, Josh served with the United States Department of Homeland Security, where he gained experience handling regulatory and governmental matters. That background continues to inform his strategic and solutions-oriented approach to client service.
Josh is an experienced presenter and author on litigation, insurance, and risk-related topics. He frequently speaks at continuing legal education programs and industry seminars on issues involving civil litigation strategy, damages, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, negotiation tactics, trial preparation, and evolving liability trends.
A native Arizonan, Josh was born in Phoenix and raised in Tucson. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University, and his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Outside the practice of law, Josh remains active in professional and community organizations throughout Arizona, including charitable, educational, and civic initiatives.
