His trial experience includes a wide variety of business and commercial cases involving banking, contract, business fraud, securities, real estate, and public liability defense. He has received the “AV/Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for commercial litigation.
Jeff earned his law degree at the University of Arizona in 1974, where he served on the Arizona Law Review editorial board and was elected to the Order of the Coif. After law school, Jeff served as Law Clerk to the Honorable William P. Copple of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
