Michael J. Harris
Michael Harris practices in the areas of civil
litigation, including real estate disputes and commercial and residential
landlord/tenant matters, and homeowner association law, which encompasses CC&R
enforcement, debt collection, and HOA governance.
Michael earned his law degree at the James E. Rogers
College of Law at the University of Arizona, where his achievements included
Arizona Law Review, Dean’s List (all semesters) and the CALI Award for the
Highest Grade in Class (Copyright Law).
Before joining Sacks Tierney, Michael served as a
Deputy County Attorney in the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
