Chris has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Phoenix Business Journal, Phoenix Magazine, the Arizona Republic and other media outlets. Chris has been victorious in obtaining jury verdicts against multi-national corporations, small businesses and individuals. In addition to traditional court litigation, Chris has extensive experience arbitrating cases before the AAA, FINRA (formerly the NASD), NYSE, JAMS and other forums. In terms of professional involvement, Chris served as the president of the Scottsdale Bar Association, Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Securities Regulation Section, two terms as the State Bar of Arizona representative on the Scottsdale Judicial Appointments Advisory Board, State Bar of Arizona Civil Practice and Procedure Committee and Maricopa County Bar Association Board of Directors, Ex Officio.
