Steve’s clients see him as a trusted problem-solver and resource. If problems do occur, Steve works tirelessly to help resolve his client’s legal issues through his extensive experience in arbitration, trial, and other forms of dispute resolution.
On the construction side, Steve acts as an advisor to help his clients – developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers – before and after legal and non-legal problems arise.
On non-construction matters, Steve has significant experience in helping businesses and individuals resolve disputes and make deals happen. While his practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation, his clients look to him with the full spectrum of their legal needs. Steve is very active in his local community. Among other community activities, he has volunteered for the Boys & Girls Club for more than 30 years. He is an active member of the Board of Governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale and serves on its Executive Committee.
Within the firm, Steve has been a shareholder since 2006 and serves on Sacks Tierney’s Executive Management Committee.
When he is not trying to solve problems, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and their twins. Steve is also an avid golfer and an intermittent runner.
