Senior-level corporate attorney with knowledge of
M&A, securities and corporate transactions. Preferred candidates will have an
existing client base and the ability to enhance the further development of the
firm's corporate/transaction practice group.
Litigation associate with three to five years of
experience. Knowledge of tribal law and water law is strongly preferred.
Litigation associate with four years of experience in private practice.
