Roxann Gallagher is elected to the board of directors of Meritas

Sacks Tierney attorney Roxann Gallagher, a shareholder in our commercial and public finance and Indian law practice areas, has been elected to the board of directors of Meritas, a global alliance of 183 independent law firms in 92 countries.

Sacks Tierney is the exclusive Phoenix-area member of Meritas, which serves the legal needs of companies doing business across international markets.

Roxann was elected from the more than 7,000 attorneys in the Meritas member network and will serve a three-year term on the 21-member board. Meritas board members participate in strategic planning, development, member recruitment and retention, and the administration of Meritas’ rigorous quality standards.

Roxann’s Meritas involvement has included current membership on the Finance Committee and Member Engagement Committee and serving as Sacks Tierney’s Young Lawyer Program representative.
