Nadia S. Cunningham

Estate planning attorney Nadia Cunningham's practice includes probate and trust administration.

“Estate planning to me is about protecting and cherishing the life you have created. I love learning about my clients and their families, serving them well, and creating a plan that will give them peace of mind.”

Before starting her last year of law school, Nadia Cunningham moved from rainy Seattle to sunny Arizona. She attended Seattle University School of Law and completed her final year at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During Nadia’s time at both law schools, she focused her coursework on business law and tax law, with an emphasis in estate planning.

Nadia’s professional development has been shaped by respected estate planning role models in the Phoenix legal community, gaining experience and learning best practices that she utilizes in striving to take great care of her clients.
