Our friend and mentor Marvin Cohen passed
away June 12, 2009.
His long and distinguished legal career
encompassed aviation law, eminent domain law, natural resources law,
public utilities law and appellate law. In 2004, he argued before the United States
Supreme Court (above) in Hibbs v. Winn. |
