you need from a
real estate attorney
Commercial
real estate. Our diverse real estate client base allows us to see
commercial real estate from every perspective. In addition to
developers, we represent banks and large commercial lenders; investors,
purchasers and sellers of all forms of commercial property; general
contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers; architects and
engineers; and management companies.
Construction
law. We handle contract formation, on-site disputes, lien work,
and arbitration and litigation of construction disputes. Our clients
include owners, developers, architects, general contractors,
subcontractors and materialmen.
Water,
environmental law, and natural resources. We are involved in
both the planning and adversarial aspects of water law, performing
services for both private and public entities. We assist our clients in
addressing discrete environmental problems, including environmental
assessments and hazardous waste issues. In addition to counseling
clients on these issues, we represent clients in state and federal
administrative and court proceedings.
Land
use. Our firm has a long history in the area of land use and
planning, representing landowners and developers before planning and
zoning commissions and city councils, and, in some cases, representing
government entities. Our practice includes resolution of land use issues
through lobbying for legislative changes, arbitration and litigation.
Utilities.
We have experience in utility matters, including rate proceedings
before the Arizona Corporation Commission, acquisition of electrical
distribution systems, and competition issues.
