David Tierney is a past chair of the
State Bar’s ADR Section and is ranked among Super Lawyers’®
top 50 Arizona attorneys. A veteran litigator, he is experienced in
mediating and arbitrating a broad range of matters. David serves on AAA’s
Commercial and Construction arbitration panels and Construction Mediation
Panel. He and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since
2006.

Sharon Shively, a four-time Super
Lawyers selectee and five-time Best Lawyers selectee, frequently
serves as a mediator, settlement conference judge and arbitrator in complex,
multi-party matters. Sharon is a member of two of AAA’s top arbitration
panels – Commercial and Construction – and is experienced in matters
involving construction, creditors’ rights, real estate and general
commercial disputes.

David Rose, a Certified Specialist in Family
Law (Arizona Board of Legal Specialization), has mediated and arbitrated
hundreds of divorce and family law cases with a high rate of success, both as a
Judge Pro Tem (Maricopa County Superior Court) and as a private mediator and
arbitrator. Mediation in family law cases can be an extremely useful tool in
helping couples resolve complex and personal issues privately and
professionally. David is a Super Lawyers selectee and is listed in
