David L. Rose

David Rose's practice emphasizes high-conflict and complex family law matters, including appeals. He is committed to redefining family law as a practice that deals not only with divorce and domestic conflicts but also includes matters involving all aspects of family relationships, ranging from family estate planning and probate to family-run businesses.

In addition to his family law practice, David represents clients in personal injury and criminal defense cases. He recently won a $4 million personal injury claim and successfully represented a defendant in a high-profile attempted murder case.

David, who earned his law degree at Arizona State University, has served for more than a decade as a judge pro tem in Maricopa County Superior Court. He has been a SuperLawyers® selectee and is listed in Arizona's Finest Lawyers. His community involvement includes membership in the National Association for Missing & Exploited Children, the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program, and the Washington School District Site Advisory Council.
