Matthew B. Meaker

Matt Meaker has practiced law for over 10 years and has developed a business-minded approach to legal issues. He has been described as a “business man in a lawyer’s suit” who is more focused on the business success of his clients than on billable hours. Clients also have expressed appreciation of his ability to translate “legalese” into layman’s terms that they can understand. The focus of his practice is on construction law, civil litigation, business and corporate law and real estate law.

Matt is very active in the legal profession and the community at large. He currently serves on the Executive Council of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Bar Association. In addition, he is involved with the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona, the local chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, and the Arizona Registrar of Contractor’s Industry Advisory Council. Matt also gives of his time to numerous community causes, including the Arizona Town Hall.

Matt grew up in the East Valley, and he and his wife and their two daughters live in Tempe.
