Michael C. Lamb
Mike Lamb's practice includes
representing Arizona office and residential condominiums and planned community
associations. He also has experience in representing licensed contractors in
construction litigation and in claims before the Arizona Registrar of
Contractors.
His unique background in business and
construction law provides a beneficial advantage and perspective to the firm’s
community association clients. His legal skills contribute to providing clients
with efficient and effective representation in a broad scope of legal matters,
including document drafting and enforcement.
Mike is a native of Arizona and grew up
in Phoenix. His is a triathlete and has competed in several Ironman triathlons,
a race that typically encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4-mile swim,
followed by a 112-mile bike ride and ending with a 26.2-mile marathon run.
